We fight on
The fight goes on. When the adversary attacks and disrupts unceasingly, we do not stand by, like spectators or defeated folks, but we fight on. No amount of opposition or cunny tactics should distill fear and discouragement, causing us to give up. After all, whenever faith is involved, the battle isn't ours (Deut. 20:8). God Himself intervenes, goes ahead of us, and fights for us. Grace to press on and to boldly stand against the opponent filters through the Truth dominating our hearts.
The faith force that triggers and catalyzes God's intervention is born of this Truth. How well acquainted with God's Word determines our resiliency no matter the virulence of the opponent. Out of that Truth flows the revealed knowledge of our true identity and the incredible ability to continue to praise, a weapon that no enemy can resist, no matter how sophisticated he is. We fight on based on revelation, a straight product of the Truth rooted in us.
Because we do not wage on our own, we therefore rejoice in the confidence of our assured victory regardless of how raging the battle may be. One of the most relevant and appropriate petition is to ask the Lord of host to keep us aware of His Presence. This way, just like the heroes of faith, we courageously fight on into our freedom, all unto God's glory. Good Morning.
