Our dependence is our strength
Our dependence (upon God) is also our strength. The total reliance upon the Spirit of God is our best Ally, strategy, and setting apart factor. It's not by might, not by power, but by the Spirit of God (Zech. 4:6KJV). Our dependence paints our humility, and draws God in the picture. Indeed, He resists the proud, and grants grace to the humble (James 4:6KJV).
A dependence attitude prompts Him to intervene, taking over to act as most appropriate. This way, it's no longer our ability, intellect, strategies, connections, or smartness, but the wisdom, and the hand of God at work. We are safer this way because we are assured of victory and lasting success. Whenever God is involved, we have this kind of backing that inspires confidence, and boldness. We navigate on the insurance upon which we can lean without the slightest doubt or worry.
Total dependence is a spiritual attitude and a standpoint out of revealed knowledge, thus it yields a sure outcome. It’s a result of a relationship with God, a faith attitude and a walk rooted in, and led by the Truth. Such a disposition is simply reflected by the kind of reliance (upon God) that consistently results in assured attainment and contagious testimony. Regardless of the space and season, dependence upon God's Spirit is rewarding and remains an incredible way to witness and bring many to the knowledge of God.
