Challenging ourselves daily
Challenging ourselves daily to do and achieve better. Complacency, and the attitude of self-sufficiency are as perilous as the choice of a comfort zone and upheld self-exoneration. Yet truthfully speaking, humility, determination to grow, faith and self-improvement to better serve, are as many goals as possible, positive states of mind and way of life that position us for betterment and usefulness in society, and wherever we may find ourselves. They result in better service, ministry to others and lasting impact (on other people's lives). And ultimately, they benefit us in that our own fulfillment and freedom cannot be achieved without such an attitude and the choice of going along that path. Challenging ourselves daily with the aim to grow is a faith exercise born from the inside yet outside oriented, not to prove anything to anyone, but to espouse the fulfilling existential reality. Intrinsically, we are wired and born to grow, live to serve, love and impact others. Without evolving in this path, our lives become desperately empty, devoid of the essence and impetus that instill joy and sense of fruitful usefulness and accomplishment. Challenging ourselves daily keeps us in check and avoids the trap of self-satisfaction as if we mark our own race, deeds and submission. Overall, whichever path we choose or undergo, we are accountable. Challenging ourselves daily and subjecting ourselves to constant introspection help us to live in synch with the imperative and hope of doing our assignment while here. Good Morning.
